We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help us with innovative designs on demand. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce brochures, interactive presentations and graphics for website and promotional use.. To date we have had no graphics expertise in-house and it is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person to develop new skills, make an impression and take ownership for our creative solutions. Salary will be based on experience. This role will initially be for a 6-9 month contract with a view to creating a full time permanent position.

Job Description
The Senior Sales Engineer will work with the sales team to provide technical expertise for sales opportunities within the region. Focused on the OSS market and selling to Mobile Operators in North America, the successful candidate will have a background in Service Assurance, Network Management or other related OSS applications within the wireless industry.
A successful Sales Engineer will combine an in-depth technical knowledge of Wireless technologies and Arantech’s solutions with customer awareness that enhances the sales effort.
Qualifications
4 year degree in Engineering or Computer Science, BSEE or BSCE minimum
5 years experience in technology sector focused on wireline/wireless industry in the OSS domain in a pre-sales support role or a customer facing role with proven solution and consultative selling skills
Proven ability to demonstrate complex software applications or tools
Exposure to service assurance systems for Tier 1 operators a plus
Willing to travel up to 70%

The role of Programme Manager is a senior position
in Arantech and will be predominantly involved in customer facing and

Role
Arantech’s CEM solution captures event data from various points in a telecoms network and models these events as Customer Experience Indicators (CEI). A CEI is similar to a Key Performance Indicator, but so named to denote the centricity of the Customer. Customer centricity is the cornerstone of CEM.
We seek engineers with excellent experience and abilities in the telecoms industry.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate for the CEM Model Developer role will have 5+ years of experience in the telecoms industry with the following background;
- The experience will have been gained in a telecoms operator environment, probably as a Solution/Network Architect or in an Operation & Maintenance role
- The individual will have a deep understanding of telecom services, the network nodes that implement those services and the protocols and interfaces between the nodes
- Important technical skills are:
scripting language experience,
unix/Linux at a fairly deep level and
good SQL skills and general database experience (Oracle a plus)
- experience of reporting tools such as Business Objects or Crystal Reports would be an advantage
- fluent or near fluent English language.
The role may occasionally entail direct interfacing to end customers so customer empathy and good presentation skills are required. The role is largely office based, in Blackrock, Co Dublin, but may occasionally require short duration overseas trips.
Salary
The salary is entirely dependent on the contribution that the individual will make to Arantech and its customers but a guide figure is €45-55K base + bonus 10% + pension 5% + medical insurance.

The Senior Test Engineer will report to the Team Leader / Test Manager
and will be responsible for performing software-testing activities.
Key Responsibilites
- Responsible for developing test plans and specifications and
undertaking test execution at various levels.
- Interface closely with the development team to ensure quality is
maintained.
- Understand product enhancements under development, as well as
business objectives/requirements behind the product
enhancements and translate into high quality test plans and test
specifications, ensuring comprehensive quality assurance testing of the
developed functionality against the business requirements. Document
test results.
- Strict adherence to the SDLC processes.
- Participate in troubleshooting of product defects during the
development cycle and for deployed products.
- Analysis of product performance and identification of potential
hotspots. Disciplined reporting, tracking, and resolution of product
defects.
- Recommend enhancements to existing process and tools, also
recommending new tools to improve the team’s productivity in
the future.
- Involved in Test automation, ensuring that the scripts created are to
a high standard maintained and executed regularly by the test team.

execution of test tools, test plans and test suites and report defects
