Our CEM consultancy division is responsible for advising customers on initial use cases which will deliver quick business wins. Once this goal has been achieved, Arantech consultants can remain onsite and advise on additional use cases, further rollout of the system to new user groups within the organisation, and how to achieve increasing results using the CEM system.
