Dublin, 10 December 2007 - Leading mobile communications industry software company and pioneer of Customer Experience Management (CEM), Arantech, recently awarded a contract by T-Mobile Austria to implement its touchpoint Customer Experience Management (CEM) solution across the operator’s 3.5-million subscriber network, announced today that they have aligned with Swiss technology partner Nexus Telecom to aid with the deployment.
The implementation sees touchpoint integrated with the NexusNETVIEW monitoring system from Nexus Telecom, which provides a distributed, scalable and open system that supports telecom network management and customer care processes in areas of service assurance, performance management, fault management and revenue assurance.
Touchpoint will enable T-Mobile to proactively manage its subscriber base and identify and measure experience gaps for individuals or groups of individuals, through monitoring the lifecycle experience of every customer at any point. By helping to close these gaps, touchpoint can significantly increase revenue and improve a user’s satisfaction with an operator brand.
"The ability to visualize any network transaction and to immediately respond to problems by tracing any single customer interaction within the network is crucial to maintaining a high level of QoS in any network," says Christoph Kupper, VP of Marketing at Nexus Telecom in Switzerland. "Furthermore, the ability to provide End-to-End correlated user-transactions in real-time over a standarized and centralized interface is critical for being able to visualize real-time customer experience on the network. I am pleased that T-Mobile Austria recognized this unique strength of our NexusNETVIEW surveillance system for their Customer Experience Management project with Arantech. Nexus Telecom and Arantech have thus worked closely together connecting the two systems in record-time and have provided to T-Mobile a lean, cost-effective CEM solution."
Brendan McDonagh, Arantech CEO, said, “By recognising the need for implementing a CEM approach, we believe T-Mobile Austria has gained a differentiating advantage in the marketplace, one which will help it continually monitor and improve its overall QoE to ensure maximised end-user revenues and brand strength.
“We are pleased to be associated with Nexus Telecom for this important customer. Being able to work with professional technology partners like Nexus Telecom, help us to deliver enhanced offerings to our customers. We look forward to a growing relationship and mutual further development opportunities with Nexus Telecom,” McDonagh added.
