Dublin, 15 November 2007 - Leading mobile communications industry software company, Arantech, was voted ‘Company of the Year’ at the recent Irish Software Association’s annual awards. This accolade, sponsored by Ulster Bank, comes as the company announces a doubling of revenues to over Euro16million over the same period last year.
Arantech took the most prestigious award for its pioneering mobile communications work in the field of Customer Experience Management (CEM) software with its touchpoint™ solution. This technology enables mobile network operators to ensure that customers are having the best possible experience when making or receiving calls and messages on their phones.
