Our Product Services team is responsible for product deployment and training.

Deployment

The team assists customers in defining the most effective and efficient phased deployment strategy, .working with them to deploy the full solution across GSM, GPRS, and UMTS networks. During deployment the system is integrated with OSS/BSS systems, probing platforms, service management platforms, fault management systems and third-party back-office systems.

Training

Arantech offers our customers an extensive onsite training package, typically focused on touchpoint™ end users and administrators.
