In addition to our pioneering
touchpoint™ product, Arantech offer a range of services to
our customers. These are broken down into Product Services, CEM
Consultancy Services and Professional Services.
We make these services available to our customers
so that they can derive the maximum benefit from a Touchpoint
deployment. Then they can truly monitor the entire lifecycle of each
individual customer, leading to reduced customer churn.
Since there are so many points
of interaction in the customer experience lifecycle, and since
touchpoint™ needs to acquire data from all of these
interactions, it is important that Arantech Product Services assist with the initial deployment of the system. Once the system has
been deployed for a number of use cases, Arantech's CEM Consultancy unit
helps customers derive maximum benefit from these use cases and
recommends other use cases that may discover additional hidden revenues.
SInce all communications
networks are unique, in some cases a unique problem may require bespoke
development work to resolve. In this case, our Professional Services team is called upon to deliver a solution based on their knowledge of
the touchpoint™ product, the customers network and the
specific customer requirements.
